How do I find the correct CAT part number for my machine?
Send us the machine model plus the serial number (S/N) from the plate on the cab door frame, a photo of the old part, or the number stamped on the casting. Any of these three is enough for us to identify the correct number or its latest supersession.
Do you supply genuine CAT parts or aftermarket?
All three grades: genuine (original packaging), OEM-equivalent from the same production line, and premium aftermarket. We state the grade on every quotation so you always know what you are buying.
What is the difference between an OEM-equivalent and a genuine CAT part?
OEM-equivalent parts come from the same production line and meet the same dimensional and material specification, normally 20–40% cheaper than genuine. Aftermarket is a third-party product and is the most economical option for non-critical positions.
How fast can you ship CAT excavator parts?
Fast-moving undercarriage, filter and hydraulic items ship the same day from Guangzhou; less common numbers are confirmed within 1–3 working days. International express takes 3–7 days, air freight 5–9 days and sea freight 18–30 days depending on destination.
Can you help with a full undercarriage or hydraulic rebuild kit?
Yes. Send the machine model and serial number and we will build a complete list — track chains, rollers, idlers, sprockets, shoes, pins and bushes, or pumps, motors, seal kits and valves — and quote it as one combined shipment to save freight.
Can you supply a complete D8R undercarriage kit?
Yes. A standard renewal kit contains track chains, rollers, carrier rollers, idlers, sprocket segments, track shoes, pins, bushes and hardware. Send the serial number and shoe width and we will quote the whole kit with crate weight and freight.
How do I choose between genuine and aftermarket dozer undercarriage?
For high-hour mining and quarry work we usually recommend OEM-equivalent or heavy-duty aftermarket sealed chains; for light earthmoving, premium aftermarket gives the best cost per hour. We quote both so you can compare.
Do you ship heavy undercarriage internationally?
Yes — LCL sea freight for full kits and air freight for urgent single items. We calculate crate dimensions and gross weight before quoting so there are no surprises at the port.
Can you supply cutting edges to a drawing or a different hole pattern?
Send a drawing or a sample and we will confirm whether it matches a standard Caterpillar number or needs to be produced to order.
What machine details do you need for a quotation?
Model, serial number, track pitch (e.g. 190 mm / 203 mm / 216 mm) and shoe width for undercarriage; or simply the part number stamped on the old component.
Do you stock transmission parts for the 966H and 980H?
Yes — pumps, clutch plates, seals, valve bodies and torque converter parts are among our fastest-moving loader lines, usually available from stock in Guangzhou.
Can I buy a complete seal kit rather than individual seals?
Yes. Cylinder, transmission and axle seal kits are available as complete sets, which is cheaper and avoids losing a machine for one missing O-ring.
Do you supply filters in bulk?
Yes. Air, fuel, oil and hydraulic filters can be supplied by the carton at volume pricing for fleet operators.
How do you confirm a loader part belongs to my machine?
By part number, or by the machine model and serial number on the nameplate plus the assembly the part belongs to (transmission, axle, hydraulic).
Can you help with a fleet parts programme?
We can agree a recommended stocking list for your fleet — filters, teeth, seal kits and wear parts — and hold it for scheduled monthly shipment.
Do you supply complete brake kits for the 740B?
Yes. Front and rear wet brake disc and plate sets, seals and piston kits are quoted as complete axle-end kits.
How do you handle parts for older D-series articulated trucks?
D250E, D300E, D350E and D400E parts are cross-referenced to their current Caterpillar equivalent number where the part has been superseded.
Can you supply body liners cut to size?
Body liner plates can be supplied to original dimensions, or cut and formed to a drawing if you provide a template.
What is the typical lead time?
Brake, filter and seal items usually ship same-day from stock; transmission and driveline components take 2–5 working days to confirm and dispatch.
Can you supply driveline parts in kit form for planned shutdowns?
Yes — we build shutdown kits around your maintenance schedule so every part arrives at one time in one shipment.
Can you supply parts for 3500-series engine overhauls?
Yes — pistons, liners, bearing sets, cylinder heads, gasket kits, turbochargers and injectors for 3508, 3512 and 3516 engines, quoted as a complete overhaul set.
Do you provide material or test certificates?
On request we supply mill certificates and dimensional inspection reports for critical driveline and brake components.
Do you supply to mining contractors with planned shutdowns?
Yes. We build shutdown kits to your schedule and consolidate them into one shipment, with agreed stocking levels for repeat items.
How are heavy parts shipped?
Air freight for urgent items, LCL or FCL sea freight for volume, with crates sized to suit road transport at destination.
Can you quote from a parts list with quantities?
Yes. Send the list in Excel and we will return one consolidated quotation with grade, stock status and lead time per line.
Do you supply complete circle drive assemblies?
Yes — as individual gears, pinions, wear strips and bolts, or as a complete rebuilt circle drive assembly.
Are cutting edges available in different steels?
Standard carbon steel and through-hardened / boron steel grades are both available; we will recommend based on your material and duty cycle.
Can you match aftermarket grader parts to the original number?
Yes, every quotation states the original Caterpillar number the item replaces.
Do you ship graders parts in mixed orders with other machines?
Yes — combine excavator, loader and grader items in one shipment to reduce freight cost per unit.
